All purchases through join.afterglowmed.com are subject to clinical review and approval by a licensed medical provider. Purchasing a treatment does not guarantee a prescription or clinical eligibility.
Full refund for clinical ineligibility
If your provider determines during your initial clinical review that you are not medically eligible for the treatment purchased, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
All other purchases are final
Once your provider determines that you are clinically eligible, your purchase is nonrefundable, including if you change your mind, choose not to proceed, or are dissatisfied with your results. We do not accept returns or exchanges of prescription medications.Except for clinical ineligibility or where required by applicable law, no refunds will be issued. This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by law.
